Returns policy


At RenoviLab llc, product quality is an absolute priority. If at any time you change your mind and you have not opened or used the product, you are free to return all or part of your order without restriction, within 5 days upon receipt.

Please check your contact details and review your order before confirming payment. you only have 30 minutes in which to make any changes after this point (Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm EST).

Beyond this 30 minute period, if you have made an error or wish to cancel, you will have to await delivery of your order before returning it.

If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us. We will send you a prepaid label for the return and will re-ship your correct order immediately. *Contact us at this email address: eternal.beauty.america@gmail.com Include your name & address, the date of your order, order number and tell us which Product you would like to return. *Returns must be made within 5 days of your delivery date if you are requesting a refund. ***Refunds or replacements will be issued only upon our receipt of the returned Product in unused, original condition in the original packaging and with all original labels, tags attached and with original security seals intact. *We will only issue a refund or replacement once the original Product has been received by us, thoroughly inspected and photo documented to ensure that it complies with these Terms. *We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. All products will be well protected in proper shipping packaging when it leaves our facilities. If you receive a damaged package, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier immediately to open a claim. *Please make sure to record your tracking number because we are not responsible for lost packages. Claims for lost packages should be opened with the shipping carrier. *If you have opened, used or damaged the Product, you will not be entitled to any refund as it would not be re-salable. • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs which will not be refunded. • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. • Returns and refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of our office receiving your item(s). *All returns should be sent to the shipping address we specify when we acknowledge your return request by email. • Do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

ATTENTION!!! DUE TO RECENT FRAUDULENT ACTIONS, ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE OPENED IN THE PRESENCE OF OUR BUSINESS ATTORNEY. WE WILL TAKE VIDEO & PHOTOS OF THE PACKAGE AND CONTENTS AND FILE A REPORT OF DAMAGE and MISSING PRODUCTS AND WILL SUBMIT FRAUDULENT RETURNS TO OUR PROCESSOR & THE FBI TO PURSUE INTERNET SCAM / FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.
